1. welding work:

Our experienced welders use various welding processes such as MAG, TIG and E-hand to precisely manufacture the containers from steel, stainless steel or aluminum. The highest standards are maintained in terms of strength and tightness.

2. stud welding:

For special requirements, we offer drawn arc stud welding up to a diameter of 16 mm to ensure a reliable connection.

3. sheet metal working:

Our modern CNC machines enable precise sheet metal cutting on a plasma cutting system for formats up to 1500x3000 mm and a thickness of approx. 30 mm. We also work with partners to offer sheet metal cutting by laser cutting or oxy-fuel burning.

4. bending:

We use CNC press brakes to produce bent parts up to a length of 3000 mm and a thickness of up to 12 mm. For longer parts, we cooperate with partner companies to produce bent parts up to a length of 4000 mm.

5. sawing:

We use an NC automatic sawing machine and a semi-automatic sawing machine for processing bar material to ensure precise cuts.

6. coloring and surface treatment:

After production, the containers undergo a wet coating process in our own industrial paint shop. On request, we also offer powder coating as well as electroplating or hot-dip galvanizing in cooperation with specialized partners.
